Damon, On a 2x4 set up for street use, where do you suggest setting the (at idle) primary & secondary throttle plates in relation to the transfer slot? Thanks, acr
Mild flat tappit cam 220 dur/.490 lift.

leave the secondaries alone- there is no real idle circuit on them....set the primaries to expose .010- or so of the transirion slot under the blades

Thanks but please explain. Do you mean close the primary plates on the secondary carb shut? To clearify my question, I'm asking about the primary plate settings on both carbs in a 2x4 set up. Sorry if my question was confusing.
